Fast aluminium roller door is a new metal industry door which have a lot of advantages such as- thermal insulation, energy saving, sealing, efficient, wind, environmental protection .Open speed up to 2.5 meters per second,door panel adopts 1.2-2.5mm thick double-layer aluminum composite molding, the polyurethane foam in the middle, cubic weight of each door panel≥ 30kg, the total thickness of the door panel is 40-70mm, wind loading≤12.The door apply to indoor and outdoor logistics and production of fast track. It's saves energy about 80%, compared with normal industrial sliding door and roller shutter door.
1.Curtains:Aluminum alloy foam door adopts aluminum plate rolling foam profile, the thickness of aluminum panel is 0.8mm, the total thickness is 40mm, foam capacity of 58KG. The width of the door is 185mm,adapting to the maximum width of 6000mm, the maximum height of 6000mm.Surface anodized color treatment, the color is including: white, gray, ivory white, red, etc,and 12.5 kg per square weight.
2.Transparent window:It's consisted of the aluminum profile which thickness is from 1.5mm to 3.5mm.The effect of heat preservation and  sealing is good, and the external electrostatic spray. Colors can be customized according to customer needs.
3.The seal of door hinge :Built-in seal tape, it's have better effect than the traditional lateral seal and the brush seal. The bottom is fitted with thicker tape, it can be closely integrated with a variety of ground.
4.Circular orbit:There are 3 types of circular orbit stocks:
the height of door is 2.3m which needs orbit length is 4m,and the installation space is 610+150=760mm
the height of door is 3.3M which needs orbit length is 5M,and the installation space is 710+190=900mm
the height of door is 4.8M which needs orbit length is 7M and the installation space is 810+190=1000mm
5.mudsill and bale handle:The intensification mudsill of aluminium alloy combine with the EPDM sealing rubber strip which can perform a load-bearing role.the sealing rubber strip could add the air plug or the conducting resin.Purpose made handle can use while the door is manual operating.
6.The control system adopts the joint venture German swinv servo frequency control cabinet:
220V industrial rapid winding door servo control system,using AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor and the servo controller. It has the characteristics of high control percision, fast speed and small volume,etc..which can be used to the high-frequency.
7.Imported display screen:Chinese and English interface,easy to installment, it will provide normal status and fault prompts.
8.With imported inverter motor:The operation is based on the load and settled speed,  adjusting the torque automatically, smooth and soft when operating.
